POWER SYSTEMS MANAGER

Our client, a company that sells, rents and provides after-sales services for Heavy Duty Equipment and Electrical Power Generators, is seeking to recruit an energetic person to fill the post of Power Systems Manager.

The Role

The Power Systems Manager will be responsible for the sales and after sales support for generator sets and Power Systems across the Caribbean and report to the General Manager based in Barbados.

The Manager will also be responsible for:
• Identifying and managing opportunities for the Sale of Electrical Power Generators and Rentals.
• Providing guidance and input into the sales planning/budgeting process for the department.
• Advising and providing input on new product introductions (rental or sales) into the market.
• Ensuring proper after-sales support is provided on the maintenance of Electrical Power Generators.
• Leading and coaching, including schedule for the Power Systems Department.
