Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dodoma for a Car Rental Agent. The Car Rental Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by renting vehicles to customers, providing information and support during the rental process, and maintaining accurate records. The Car Rental Agent will also be responsible for managing reservations, processing rental agreements, and processing payments.

Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with rental car software and POS systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in car rental or a related industry (preferred)
