Profile:

•Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Payroll

•3+ years experience in the Payroll Department

•C1 level of English is Must

•MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook).

ERP Experience (TRESS System)

Key Activities:

•Responsible for weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, mirror & Hypothetical payrolls, including savings fund and tax electronic stamp for government purposes (SAT).

•Process special bonus, profit sharing, savings fund and Christmas bonus payroll

•Request payroll and tax payroll related payments to treasury

•Terminations calculation

•Social security notifications, calculations, payments, “prima de RT” determination, annual audit preparation and tax calculations

•Local state payroll tax (ISN) reporting/provision

•Fonacot reconciliation and payment,

•Prepares monthly Journal vouchers

•Prepares weekly forecast per entity

•Payroll forecast preparation

•Payroll calendar preparation
