Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef located in Congo. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. They will work closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure high-quality and consistent products and contribute to menu development and creative pastry ideas.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a pastry chef or assistant pastry chef
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Creativity and passion for pastry
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
