Location - Indore (In-Office)

Exp.- 3 Yrs+

Salary - up to Rs 24k/ Month

Responsibilities -

1. Working on behalf of management and prioritizing the goals of team

2. You will be responsible for managing the social media team, which includes

setting goals and expectations, providing feedback and training, conducting

performance evaluations, and ensuring that team members have the resources

they need to complete deliverables.

3. Informing Management and HR of any shortages of human resources,

4. Ensuring Employee productivity, leading and managing the Social Media Team to

enhance their productivity,

5. Achieving ROI and KPI targets.

6. Prioritizing the retention of premium clients and implementing upselling strategies, and suggesting better conversion strategies.

7. It is important to maintain a positive work environment and report any negative

behavior to management while also remaining loyal to management.
