Job Requirements

Responsible in managing Sales Office including its budgeting / expenses within the sales office. Performing operational as well as transactions within the sales office that are related to agencies and ensuring that those activities are aligned with Company’s regulations/policies and local / government regulations / policies. Maintaining good business relationship with external parties, ie. Government, in order to ease any transactions or operational activities Providing credible services to clients and future clients through vision and mission of the Company. Through guidance from the Company, responsible in achieving target Agency growth.
Supervise and ensure the compliance of the agency force to the prevailing rules, code of conduct and procedures in order to maintain a clean business operation as per company’s direction.
