We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a passion for creating good, wholesome food, using the freshest local ingredients. You will be a Head Chef who is used to living and working in a remote location as it is a lifestyle only a few enjoy. But if it is for you, you can benefit from the most beautiful surrounding countryside and the Western Isles is known for its fresh local produce, such as seafood and game.
Being on a small island, this hotel and bar is central to the local population as well and summer tourists, and so you will become part of the community, so it suits a Head Chef who likes this style of environment.
