12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT Purpose: This role will be part of the account based team and have support, training, access to the UK CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions group network. As Helpdesk Planner Co-Ordinator you, will be responsible for ensuring the planning and scheduling of all planned maintenance and reactive works for Huntingdon, Eye and Shardlow sites, including the liaison with end users and vendors to ensure all equipment and building infrastructure is serviced/maintained in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for CMMS Reporting and Data Analysis to facilitate Asset Lifecycle Management and Management Reporting. Responsibilities: Ensure the CMMS Asset Register is maintained/updated.
