Job Title: Cost Controller

Location: Port Gentil, Gabon

The Assala Gabon Finance & Administration Department is seeking a new colleague to join their team in the capacity of Cost Controller. The purpose of this role is to monitor and control the expenditure of the business in order to stay as true to the budgets as feasible. As the Cost Controller at Assala Gabon, you will provide overall financial support to the business and act as intermediary between various departments and OPEX/CAPEX owners, including making use of available information systems. In our case that would include SAP as well as PTS/TRAM amongst others.

Some of the activities you will be accountable for include:
• Month End:
• Run and maintain the Assala Gabon cost allocation cycles during the month end.
• Work closely with the JV, Budget and Cost Control Manager to provide in depth cost analysis during the month end close process
