Duties & Responsibilities:

Warehouse management:

Responsible for the preparation, allocation, and management of space, manpower, equipment, tools, etc. required for warehouse receipt, delivery, and storage

Responsible for monitoring the daily and monthly inventory status, the NG and damaged goods repackaging status, and ensuring the consistency of material cards

Manpower management: Recording of attendance, absence, overtime. Responsible for salary review and training for both formal and casual employees

Equipment management: Fuel consumption monitoring for all equipment at warehouse

6S management: Responsible for implementation of 6S management in all areas at warehouse

Regular meetings management: Conduct day to day morning meetings and convey the management spirit and requirements effectively

Exception management: Responsible for timely reporting of warehouse issues as well as improvement advises

Any other duties assigned by the management
