• Assist with the developing of Divisional Skills Matrix;
• Assist with cross training between Areas;
• 5S Audits;
• Representative for your area regarding all Kaizen activites;
• Effective Communication.

Responsibilities:
• Understand production requirements for your Area and assist with meeting the plan;
• Ensure the daily adherence to OEE targets (Efficiency/Waste/Quality) in your Area;
• To assist with managing your areas Consumable spend within pre determined budget;
• Assist with having a detailed list of core skills for your area;
• Identify individuals with potential of being developed within multiple areas;
• Ensure that your department achieves an 85% average;
