Position Overview

The candidate will assist the special process section head to setup and control all parameters in special process i.e. thermal spray, heat treatment, tumbling, brazing and Nickel plating to Guarantee and drive the team's performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) through team members development in order that the Activity reaches the objectives of customer satisfaction. Monitoring of production output and ensure that all employees work according to approved procedures and work instruction.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with New Product Introduction (NPI)/Program management team on establishing /setup process sequence, criteria to meet customer requirement.
• Review customer process’s specification and ensure compliances are met
• Analysis and control process parameter, performance including coordinate with other departments to ensure that analysis and process control results are comply with customer requirement.
