- Supervise a team of control tower operators/planners to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders such as Strategic planning team, analyst, Transport operation team, etc., for smooth execution of projects.
- Provide support in resolving any issues or challenges related to delays or other work-related concerns.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the centralized control tower operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with other departments within DHL Group such as IT, Transport operation, etc., to ensure seamless coordination across different functions.
