An emerging Japanese Food & Beverage Manufacturers is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Operation Manager in order to expand their business in the Indonesian market. In this role you will be leading collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team in their head office in Serang, Banten.

Main Responsibilities of Sales Operation Manager
• Negotiation with retailers and restaurants.
• Making the logistic plan and to check the sales situation
• Making the decision of sending volume of NB Product with return condition.
• Co-Working with internal team(Sales & Marketing)

Key requirements
• Experience in Sales (especially logistics dept) for Food
• Experience at food company handling the short expiry date product.
• Control the logistic and sending the volume of goods
• Good knowledge for Logistics and trading terms
• Communication skill including internal team making (Rebate & Promoton cost)
• English Skill （Normal conversaion level）
