Several years of experience in finance/controlling functions. BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science). Advanced Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, COGNOS) and other financial systems. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to develop ideas independently, and to multitask as needed in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a global, multi-layered organization. High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
