ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations and

ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.

• Developing and implementing sales plans.

• Briefing Echo team on current sales goals, promotions and other relevant

information.

• Organizing,marketing activities and events for the branch.

• Addressing student’s issues and taking corrective and subsequent preventive actions.

• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives.

• Conducting business development activities based on the latest trends in the business.

•Accountability for inventory and stock.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
