The responsibilities of the position include:

- Supervising the functioning of the office.

- Budgeting for office needs, maintaining office expenses, and documenting payment transactions.

- Accounting and staff identification.

- Keeping records, and preparing various reports.

- Coordinating the work of the call center team.

- Monitoring the execution of the team's key performance indicators.

- Improving the team's efficiency.
