Location: Hermanus, Western Cape

Salary: R 12 000.00

Responsibilities
• Assist with the winding up of estates, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Report estates to the Master and follow up on necessary procedures.
• Drafting of L&D (Liquidation and Distribution) statements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including file management and client correspondence and other general law work.

Qualifications:
• Admitted attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in estates and wills, OR a paralegal with extensive experience in relevant areas.
