As a member of the Group Marketing function, the SM: Marketing Analytics will focus on delivering high-quality analytics and insights, using MTN first-party data and other data sources, to drive strategic business decision-making to drive marketing effectiveness and broader business ambitions.

The SM: Marketing Analytics will be responsible for designing and developing the data technology infrastructure to support the business’ marketing reporting requirements, and leveraging this to provide insights, analytics and reporting based on key KPIs defined. They will also be responsible for driving standardization of marketing reporting across the MTN Operating Companies.

The SM: Marketing Analytics will need to work closely with brand, media and research counterparts within the Group Marketing team, Group Data & Analytics CoE, consultants and contractors.
