ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs Responsible for full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting with Hiring Managers through offer of employment and onboarding Provide support in writing job descriptions and resume screening Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics, to include recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness etc. Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges...
