Role Description

City Car Sharing Services is looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This is a hybrid role, located in Bnei Brak, with flexibility for some work from home. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for heading the customer service team, providing excellent customer support to our members, and ensuring the team is meeting its goals. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing the best customer experience.
