Primary PurposeMonitors the Republic Community Center during regular business hours and serves as the main receptionist to the Republic Parks & Recreation Department.ScheduleWeekdays, Evenings, & Weekends - Approx. 15-20 Hours/WeekSupervisionUnder the direct supervision of the Operations Coordinator, and the general supervision of the Recreation Superintendent (Operations, Programming, & Events).

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Answers incoming calls to the Parks & Recreation Department. Provides information about current and upcoming programs, special events, facility usage/rentals, etc.Acts as the main receptionist to the Republic Community Center. Greets all incoming guests and provides information as requested.Responsible for all programs/special event registrations and payments.
