DEVA is seeking for a Human Resources Business Partner;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from related departments of universities,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm,
• Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews,
• High self-awareness and learning agility,
• Ability to multi-task; pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility,
• Teamwork oriented,
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Proficiency in MS office programs,
• No obstacle for travel domestically,
• Preferably residing in Çerkezköy and Çorlu
• No military obligation for male candidates .
