Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and handle appointment scheduling within our organization. This role involves direct interaction with clients, many of whom are seeking information or services related to mental health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, coupled with a high degree of empathy and excellent communication skills in English. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in time zones similar to the US East Coast, specifically within Latin America.
