What we’re looking for: Account Manager

As our Full-Time Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront in our client relationships. This role isn't just about managing communications; it's about owning them. You'll be the guiding force, ensuring our clients' journeys are seamless.

Your Mission:
• Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients
• Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, setting new benchmarks for client success
• Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns
• Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows
• Conduct quality checks for designs to ensure they meet standards, including reviewing product titles and ensuring consistency
