This is a full-time role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the executive team, managing diaries and schedules, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining efficient communication within the organization. This hybrid role is located in Managua with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills 2 years minimum of experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in diary management and scheduling
• Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
• Discretion and Confidentiality
