Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Trainee Receptionist located in Kandy at our 3 star property. The Trainee Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and managing clerical tasks. The Trainee Receptionist will also provide excellent communication and customer service to clients.

Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience in the business consulting industry is a plus
