About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property or housing professional to join our busy Home Ownership team. The team deals with all aspects of Bernicias property sales and also the on-going management of leasehold properties.

Bernicia has approximately 1,400 home ownership properties located throughout the North East of England. The properties are predominantly within Bernicia mixed tenure blocks and estates, along with a small number of fully leasehold apartment blocks.
