Head of HR (m/f/d)

Greater Frankfurt area / on site

WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of related HR experience required
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Responsible for adequate staffing, ensuring we have the right jobs and right skills sets
• Effectively processing starters and leavers in-line with process, conducting meaningful exit interviews and giving
• feedback to relevant areas
• First port of call for HR queries, providing an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of
• their rights and entitlements
• Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations
• Managing all benefits, reviewing to ensure competitive rates
• Maintaining company records such as org charts, databases etc.
• Inducting all new employees effectively, running the HR presentation and other legislative presentations
