Our client is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Controller to join their team on a full-time basis. As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing their accounting team, financial operations, ensuring compliance, and facilitating company growth. Further Responsibilities Include:
• Manage and develop an accounting team including accountants and accounting clerks.
• Maintain accurate financial records to meet reporting deadlines and support month- and year-end close processes.
• Prepare weekly & monthly working papers, associated reconciliations, and necessary journal entries to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare and process all government remittances, including GST and tax installments/payments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
