Ihre Aufgaben
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen wie der Bearbeitung und Koordination von E-Mails und To-Dos
• Sicherstellung eines effizienten Office-Managements (Terminorganisation, Verantwortung über den MS Outlook Kalender) sowie Abwicklung administrativer Prozesse der Geschäftsführung (Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnung, div. Freigaben)
• Ansprechpartner für alle externen Stakeholder
