Material receiving, storing, preservation, feeding to assembly line as per BOM, DOM and production Plan.
Daily update of stock Stores Management, Inventory Management.

- Making shift schedule every week of the dept.
- Work quality improved & system improved
- Line feeding /BOM/DOM ETC
- 5 "S" Knowledge
- KAIZEN /POKA-YOKA /JDI
- ISN / RMN Meeting handling
- Production Meeting / Shortage of laydown plan
- line side two bin system
