Job Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for the sales team.
• Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.

• Communicate product problems to other departments promptly.
• Travel for on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
• Attend industry conferences and events.

Job Requirements:
• Background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering.
