Vision Software Engineer

• Understand customers’ vision inspection requirement and defect criteria, perform engineering assessment and conduct Feasibility Studies for validation pre and post RFQ’s.
• Design and develop Vision Software application based on given requirements and specifications.
• Lead technical improvement on all Vision Software applications in-line to customer-based approach.
• Support new development and transfer projects from Vision R&D Engineering.
• Ensure good sustaining and continuous improvement of released Vision Software applications through standardization and enhanced manufacturability.
• Lead harmonization on all Vision Software applications within the department.
• Govern all vision software applications within the department.
• Possess good understanding in Vision Software application capabilities, HW compatibility, communication protocol and integration with machine software.
