Job Description

Main Objective

Be part of the manufacturing team responsible for the production of Wiper Motors and Armatures. Lead and execute activities and projects during an intensive improvement phase of highly automated machines and production lines and contribute to the achievement of the Manufacturing Focus KPIs of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Help improve and ensure operating conditions and qualifications for machines and operators.

• Lead the improvement process for the main manufacturing KPIs: Quality, Cost and Delivery
• Define and execute the system for accelerated improvement process incl. Know-How exchange with other Plants in Serbia and China
