HR Director, Director of Finance, Teaching and Administrative Staff
Responsibilities
Oversees the accurate processing and reporting of employee payroll, maintenance of payroll and employee records, reporting and payment of tax withholdings and retirement withholdings and plans, accruals and balances, and investigation and resolution of payroll issues as well as administers the school’s an organization's employee benefits program which may include leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, hospitalization and disability.

Payroll Processing:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
