We are hiring an ICT Business Analyst to join IT Australia Consultants team. We are based in Hamilton, located in Regional Victoria. You will work with multiple stakeholders to understand the business requirements and report directly to the Director. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

Documenting the software and Network requirements for future versions of the platform
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting process maps of how the system works and how the team/customers interact with the software and Network Infrastructure.
Assisting with software integration and Network Infrastructure Integration.
Assisting with scoping and scheduling of the development
