Purpose

The main purpose of the camp manager is to manage the lodge and thereby create a great guest experience, in line with the service vision of the company. It is the responsibility of the camp manager to monitor all front of house and back of house departments in reference to the standards within the lodge. In addition, the lodge need to be monitored so that it can run in a cost effective manner.
