Introduction

An opportunity has opened up at Mpact Plastics Pinetown for an Internal Sales Administrator. This is a multi-faceted role, requiring a high-energy professional with a background in internal sales and customer management. The incumbent will report to the Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Resolve customer complaints related to outstanding purchase orders, price queries, and quality-related issues
• Update customer/s on delivery date/time and or progress on any query/complaint received.
• Communicate product orders to a third party.
• When required, source alternative providers for example bottle printers or label stickers.
• Manage purchase orders and deliveries of COD customers.
• Transfer goods from an internal location to a valid location
• Daily interact with the Planning Department to ensure that the product will be available as per the order received.
