Position Overview

As a Senior Paralegal/Contracts Specialist for Kiewit, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of support associated with contract management including (1) understanding Kiewit's contractual obligations, (2) monitoring our contractual obligations, (3) maintaining organizational tools to track our contractual obligations, (4) assist in developing and maintaining tools to manage the contract, (5) assisting with the organization of project documentation, (6) maintain and educate on software platforms for the collection and management of project information, (7) work alongside internal and client document control, (8) assist in drafting project correspondence, (9) work alongside Kiewit attorneys during negotiation phase, execution phase and potentially litigation/dispute resolution phase...
