Beautiful 4* Hotel in Co Kildare are currently recruiting experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 3/4 years experience in previous similar role.

The role is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for a variety of outlets including Hotel Restaurant, stylish Bar/Bistro, Afternoon Tea service, In Room Dining etc

Ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have experience in 4/5* Hotel, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development.

Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Strong Financial Management experience in this role is required.
