Our client in the freight and transport industry is looking for a Workshop Manager (reporting to General Manager) to join their team in Beira, Mozambique. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the running of the workshop. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the fleet, and other support vehicles and handling equipment to ensure the safe and economical usage.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the repair and maintenance operation for all trucks, including all workshop operations
• Manage and maintain all SHEQ processes
• Provide guidance on the procurement of spare parts, ensuring parts and accessories procured meet the standards for durability and reliability of trucks
• Performance management of the department
• Plan, develop and execute a truck and equipment replacement schedule in liaison with operations
