Role - Helpdesk Technician

Work location- Rabat, Morocco no remote option should be in onsite from day 1

Availability- Immediate or 1-2 weeks

Language- English & French (Mandatory)

Job Description

Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance.

Candidate should interact with customers by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again.
