Key Accountabilities
• Responsible
for the deployment of Council’s IT fleet, including desktop infrastructure and
telecommunications; and provide guidance to the organisation to ensure continual
improvement of technologies.
• Provide
maintenance and support of Council’s intranet and websites.
• Support
of remote access and desktop services.
• Continued
development and deployment of Council’s standard operating environment.
• Utilise
Council's IT Helpdesk to ensure the effective and timely resolution of issues
and provide support for Council applications and programs as required.
• Liaise
with third party technical support for resolution of incidents in a timely
manner.
