Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Printing Machine Operator at Pioneer Packagers Pvt Ltd located in Kanpur. As a Printing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines, setting up print jobs, monitoring print quality, and troubleshooting printing issues. You will also be responsible for performing regular maintenance on the machines and ensuring they are properly cleaned and calibrated.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of CI flexo printing machine.
• Familiarity with printing materials and ink types
• Ability to read and interpret print job specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain print quality
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
