Role of School Success Manager (Field)

Role of the school success manager (SSM) is critical to uphold the mission of the company - ensuring school success. SSM is the first point of contact in the school and is responsible for the success of learning programs in upto 30 schools in a nearby geographical area. Success is ensured by giving comprehensive training, solving issues in implementation by coordinating with all stakeholders (internal and external) and forming healthy professional relationships with school staff.

Responsibilities
• Be responsible for school success with robust operational excellence
• Ensure handling the schools as per the service KPIs committed to the schools
• Ensure smooth onboarding of the school after handover from the sales team
• Work closely with the training team to conduct teacher training, allocate trainers, plan schedules, etc.
