Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (Punjab) to achieve set targets and objectives.

Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and efficiency.

Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.

Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), electrical consultants, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
