Fundraising Assistant

Location: Stonehouse

Hours: Full Time – 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Fundraising Assistant:
• Be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries that come in by telephone, email and post and signpost to relevant members of the Fundraising team where appropriate
• Record and send fundraising information and materials to community and challenge event participants
• Ensure thank you letters/certificates and emails are written in an appropriate and timely manner
• Support our High Value Partnerships Manager with the administration and guest communications associated with special events
• Proactively use the database to develop and manage supporters and ensure all activity and correspondence is recorded accurately, as well as supporting the team’s financial processes
