Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor at Unique Natural Purified Water located in Addis Ababa. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production process, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining quality control standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers, providing training and guidance, and implementing efficient production workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year
• experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• graduated with food engeenering, foos science or related fields
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
