These tasks await you:
• As 1st level support for our internal users with on-call duty, you ensure smooth functionality of the Microsoft and hardware areas.You process, classify, and analyze tickets using our ticketing system.
• You install and administer clients and mobile devices.
• You actively participate in the further development of our client management.
• You administer user management and policies.
• You coordinate our external service providers at foreign locations.
• You procure and inventory our IT equipment.
• You are part of cross-team IT projects.

What you should bring:
• You have completed training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification.
• You have been working in IT and user support for at least three years.
• You have advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, mobile devices, Office 365, Exchange Online, terminal server structures under Citrix, and user management in Active Directory (Windows AD / Azure AD).
